How our courses work

We offer a range of Intensive Driving Courses ranging from a 45 hour, 9 day course for the new driver to a 2 day retest course.

Typically, courses are delivered daily at 5 hours a day with a short break each hour.

Although this might seem a long time to spend training each day, we have found that with regular short breaks, this is an extremely effective way of learning to drive and achieves some fantastic results.

Upon receipt of an enquiry, we do all the work for you in terms of booking tests, confirming with pupil’s and booking the course into your diary. All we ask is that you contact the pupil prior to the start of the course to introduce yourself and make arrangements for the balance to be paid to you.

FAQ's

Do I have to pay a franchise fee?

Not at all. You can take as much or as little work as you wish. Just let us know when you’re available and we’ll take care of the rest. 

What branding will I need on my car?

Whilst we’re quite happy to supply you with one of our branded ‘Aero’ roof boxes, you are under no obligation to use our branding. Ultimately, it’s up to you!

Can i join if I'm part of a franchise?

Ultimately, yes you can. Our aim is to forge long term working relationships with ADI’s and as such, we’d prefer to work with Independent Instructors. 

What areas do you cover?

We provide courses in Nottingham, Derby, Worksop, Mansfield, Alfreton, Stoke-On-Trent, Lincoln, Grantham, Newark and all surrounding areas.

Can I source my own work?

Of course. The idea is that you work with us, not for us. 

Simply let us know when you’re free to work and we’ll provide the work for you.

What happens if a pupiil fails their test?

We have found through experience, that this is best dealt with between you and your pupil. You will then be able to discuss availability and draw up a plan going forwards.

How much will I be paid?

We pay an industry leading £36.00 per hour for both Manual and Auto. 

Take out the wasted time commuting between lessons and you’ll find this to be an extremely efficient way of teaching and earning!

    5 hour Driving Test rescue

    If you've taken a Driving Test recently and narowly failed, this is the course for you! The course consists of 4 hours of refresher training, followed by your Driving Test.The driving test fee is included in the course. A deposit of £262.00 is payable upon booking, with the balance of £190.00 being payable to your Driving Instructor 28 days before the start of your course (unless otherwise agreed).

    10 hour Intensive Driving Course

    For those who have recently taken a test and have not passed, or for those who have sufficient experience to achieve the test standard in a short amount of time, this intensive driving course is typically completed over two days, with the practical test scheduled for the end of the second day if possible. A deposit of £262.00 is required upon booking, followed by a balance of £380.00 payable to your driving instructor 28 days before the start of your driving course.

    15 Hour Intensive Driving Course

    Ideal for those who have good all round car control and understanding of road procedure but require a little assistance in other areas such as reversing. Should you require a Theory test, please add £45.00 to the cost of your course. This Intensive Driving Course is typically taken over 3 days with the practical test at the end of the last day where possible. A Deposit of £262.00 is payable upon booking, followed by a balance of £570.00 payable to your Driving Instructor 28 days before the start of your Driving Course.

    If you have good understanding of car control and have attempted some reversing, then this course will suit you. This course is typically taken over 4 days. Should you require a Theory test, please add £45.00 to the cost of your course. A Deposit of £262.00 is payable upon booking, followed by a balance of £760.00 payable to your Driving Instructor 28 days before the start of your Driving Course.

    This course is most suited to someone who is a good distance into their driver training or someone who has a good grasp of driving and wants to have the security of plenty of practice time to prepare for their driving test. This course is typically taken over 5 days. The practical test is taken on the last day of the course wherever possible. Should you require a Theory test, please add £45.00 to the cost of your course. A Deposit of £262.00 is payable upon booking, followed by a balance of £950.00 payable to your Driving Instructor 28 days before the start of your Driving Course.

This would ideally suit the learner that acquires practical skills at a reasonable pace. Should you require a Theory test, please add £45.00 to the cost of your course. This Intensive Driving Course is typically taken over 6 days.
